| Consent every time | Click Authorize; check Connected apps |
| App works after revoke | Wait ~1h for token expiry; revoke again |

Separate ERP password? No — use Sign in with Capnis.
One email, multiple orgs? One identity per email; use different emails per organization.
Team member removed? Account deactivated, not permanently deleted.
