When it runs
After first login, organization owners with incomplete onboarding are redirected to /onboarding. Team members skip this step.

What you provide
- Business details (name, GST, vertical)
- Billing contact and full address
- Primary branch / location
Data syncs to app.capnis.com when ERP provisioning is enabled.

After onboarding
Add team members, then SSO into app.capnis.com. Update profile anytime under Profile.
