Customer login
- Open https://app.capnis.com
- Choose Customer login or Sign in with Capnis
- Sign in at capnis.one with your customer account
- Approve consent if prompted
- You return to ERP as a signed-in customer

Team members in ERP
When the organization owner adds team members on capnis.one, they appear in app.capnis.com as contacts under the same organization — not as separate top-level customers.

Staff / admin login
Capnis employees use app.capnis.com/admin with employee SSO — not the customer login. Customers should not use admin login unless they have an employee account.
